Jeff Proctor is the Co-Founder and President of ProAngle Media, LLC. He left KCBS/KCAL where he was the Vice President of Sports for the Duopoly and in that position he oversaw all of the stations' sports programming. Prior to his accession to that position, Proctor was an Emmy winning producer at KCAL where he produced Anaheim Angels and Los Angeles Clippers telecasts. Before coming to KCAL, he was the Executive Producer at Fox Sports West and West 2.
He began his career in production at Prime Ticket in 1989 after graduating from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service where he also pitched on the Hoyas' baseball team. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Manhattan Beach, California Little League and is Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Vootage, Inc., an on-line high school sports internet company. He is also a member of a number of advisory boards including the Los Angeles Triathlon, West Coast Sports Associates, LA36 and the Georgetown Entertainment and Media Alliance. He resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife Lisa and two children, Hannah and Will.
Steve Rangel is the Co-Founder and COO/CFO of ProAngle Media, LLC; he is also a Co-Founder, COO/CFO of Vootage, Inc.
Prior to co-founding ProAngle Media, LLC, he was the General Manager of Anschutz Entertainment Group, Teleworks; where he was responsible for the television production for over 500 annual productions generated from Staples Center in Los Angeles and were distributed regionally, nationally, and internationally. While at Teleworks, he played a key role in successfully airing the first High Definition concert live to theatres throughout the country. His career in television began with a 5 year stint with Fox Sports Net, where he was involved in business development and finance.
Rangel previously worked in other industries including wind energy development, publishing, and real estate development in a business development, operations, sales and finance capacity. An avid golfer, he holds a B.A. in Business, majoring in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Fullerton. He resides in Orange, California with his wife Laura.
Olivia Stomski is an Emmy Award winning Producer/Editor and has been with ProAngle Media since 2008. Prior to joining the ProAngle Media team, she worked as a Producer/Editor for Fox Sports West for 7years. Most recently, Stomski has been honored for her work on the Southern California Special Olympics programming that she has produced. Her work on the 2009 program garnered her a Los Angeles Area Emmy Award as well as a Telly Award
Since graduating from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Communication in 2001, Stomski has lived and worked in the Los Angeles area.
She is an active member of the Junior League of Los Angeles and volunteers as a head coach for the Redondo Beach Youth Basketball League.
Ryanne Hodgins is an Associate Producer with ProAngle Media responsible for a variety of roles in ProAngle's production endeavors. During her tenure, she's quickly gained experience in a number of roles as she has been integral to ProAngle's Dodgers and golf telecasts. Her involvement with the Southern California Team Golf Championships took her to Malaysia where she helped cover the finals.
She's been with the company since 2007 after graduating from the University of New Mexico where she was an accomplished softball player. At UNM, she led the Lobos in a number of offensive categories and was the Most Valuable Offensive Player as a junior. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. In her free time, she coaches high school softball at her alma mater, Burroughs High School in Burbank, California.
